Welcome Everyone, I am feeling proud and privileged to share the product development with you all.
With reference to a recent post, I want to announce that all Business account Signup testing and reward allotment testing are complete under beta testing.
What does it mean?
So, any website who will Create/Signup with Homihelp Free Plan will be able to use Homihelp Live Chat (HLC) Widget on their website. We have tried to include more than basic features and more features will be added in free plan at no extra cost. Moving forward more advanced features will be added to Like Screen Sharing, Team Collaboration, Artificial Intelligence CHATBOTs, Machine Learning Analytics etc.

Continuing on Technical aspects we have applied best security measures:
- For Web Browser Protocol/Socket Side Security, We have implemented SSL/TLS Security as Per Standard Security.
- For Login Side Security, We have included OTP authentications, 2FA (Coming Soon).
- For Data Side Security, We have using Standard level Encryption. Our Security Specialists are designing the best algorithm to encrypt data from device level only (Coming Soon).
- For Server Side Security, We installed an updated version of System Software as well as Malware Protection Software. We are regularly maintaining our newest versions updates and finding/reviewing security measures to patch the things for a better secure development environment.
- For Database Backend Side, We are encrypting all of the users password data.
Note: We are regularly improving our Product against Major Security Attacks i.e. DDoS Attack, SQL/Command Injection, Programming Code Injection, Broken Authentication, Sensitive Data Exposure, XXE, Broken Access Control (OWASP Places i.e. Directory Traversal as well as IDOR, Privilege Escalation), Security Misconfiguration (Mostly Server Side), XSS, Insecure Deserialization, Using Components with Known Vulnerabilities (Mostly Server Side), Insufficient Logging & Monitoring.
For Technical Assistance, We Have Launched::
(i) Installation guide for easy understanding of the HLC setup. Though it is a Simple Setup that takes 5 minutes to go live. You can use our installation guide , if you have website edit access or your developer can do it for you in NO time.
(ii) Technical setup assistance will also be provided by tech team in Homihelp Discord.
(iii) Me and my tech team will try to provide fast and best technical assistance to you.
